TSP is an ideal chemical to remove mold and mildew buildup. Bleach is also effective but can be harmful for other materials, such as your clothes. Vinegar can also be a good pantry substitute to get rid of mold and to keep it from coming back.

What is the difference between silane and siloxane? 

To react, the pH must be high for silane sealers. Siloxane sealers do not require a high pH. This makes them ideal for treating brick and masonry. Silane molecules are smaller than siloxane molecules, so silane penetrates deeper than siloxane. 

Should you seal the concrete after power washing? 

Power washing is an easy way to polish away all possible aggravates in an outdoor space before applying a sealer. Make sure to let dry for 24 hours before application.
